When you use our ATS Resume Optimizer service, you provide:

  • Resume content (PDF, DOCX, or text format)
  • Job description text
  • Any information contained within these documents

Important: This data is processed in real-time and NOT permanently stored on our servers.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information:

  • Browser Information: Browser type, version, language preferences
  • Device Information: Operating system, screen resolution, device type
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, clicks, and interactions
  • IP Address: For security, fraud prevention, and analytics (anonymized after 90 days)

3. Data Storage & Retention

Critical: We Do NOT Store Your Resume

Your resume and job description are processed in real-time and immediately deleted after analysis. Here's our data flow:

  1. You upload your resume + job description
  2. Our AI analyzes them in real-time (15-30 seconds)
  3. Report is generated and stored temporarily in YOUR browser (localStorage)
  4. Original documents are IMMEDIATELY DELETED from our servers
  5. Report stays in your browser until you clear it

What We DO Store (Temporarily)

    Analysis Reports (Premium Users Only): If you create an account (future feature), we may store your analysis report (NOT the actual resume) for 90 days so you can access it later.

    Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage data (page views, feature usage) stored for 24 months for service improvement.

    IP Addresses: Stored for 90 days for security and fraud prevention, then permanently deleted.
